Data Analysis Reporting Tool (D.A.R.T.) - Get the Suspect!
LEARN MORE ABOUT DART at: http://forensicstore.com/data-analysi... Your cases have become increasingly complex with the advent of digital media. It is more likely that your suspect will be in possession of an advanced cellular device, not even owning a traditional personal computer. It is not uncommon for your cellular software to download thousands of pages of data from an advanced device. Perhaps you are assigned to the gang unit or narcotics. Multiple cellular devices are seized at once or over a period of time from members of the target group. Instead of spending hours penciling out relationships between the members of the target group, you can transform this data to intelligence in seconds. You want that data, you need that data. The problem is that the data can often be overwhelming. With this in mind, HTCI Labs has developed the DART (Data Analysis Reporting Tool) software program that allows you to take control of the digital media in your cases. Think of how much you have spent on all of your extraction tools, and how much extra functionality the DART software tool will add to them. The DART tool will cost just a fraction of what you paid for those tools, and will give you an incredible amount of functionality that you have never had before. By being able to combine your reports into one tool, you will be able to save resources, time, and money. Not only that, but our tool has analytic tools the competitors could only dream of having. DART has an available field data collection kit: A heavy duty canvas roll bag, containing a SIM card reader and 5 blank SIMs, a Faraday isolation bag, three USB thumb drives -- one containing the DART software installer, one microUSB and one miniUSB cable, tweezers, and four small storage boxes for SIMs, SD cards, or other small items. (Additional cost applies) Using DART, thousands of pages of data can be quickly transformed to intelligence that you use to prove your case.

Flexible and Robust Multi-Network Clustering
Authors: Jingchao Ni, Hanghang Tong, Wei Fan, Xiang Zhang Abstract: Integrating multiple graphs (or networks) has been shown to be a promising approach to improve the graph clustering accuracy. Various multi-view and multi-domain graph clustering methods have recently been developed to integrate multiple networks. In these methods, a network is treated as a view or domain. The key assumption is that there is a common clustering structure shared across all views (domains), and different views (domains) provide compatible and complementary information on this underlying clustering structure. However, in many emerging real-life applications, different networks have different data distributions, where the assumption that all networks share a single common clustering structure does not hold. In this paper, we propose a flexible and robust framework that allows multiple underlying clustering structures across different networks. Our method models the domain similarity as a network, which can be utilized to regularize the clustering structures in different networks. We refer to such a data model as a network of networks (NoN). We develop NoNClus, a novel method based on non-negative matrix factorization (NMF), to cluster an NoN. We provide rigorous theoretical analysis of NoNClus in terms of its correctness, convergence and complexity. Extensive experimental results on synthetic and real-life datasets show the effectiveness of our method. [DEFCON 21] The Growing Irrelevance of US Government Cybersecurity Intelligence Information
The Growing Irrelevance of US Government Cybersecurity Intelligence Information Speaker: Mark Weatherford - Principal, The Chertoff Group The rapidly changing threat landscape has finally provided relevant business justification for commercial companies to invest in developing cybersecurity intelligence that used to be the domain of the government -- and they are doing it at a pace that is making the value of government "Classified" cybersecurity information increasingly irrelevant. The organic intelligence being developed by private companies and the informal cybersecurity intelligence coming out of the research community and some "Invitation Only" or "You're Not Invited" groups is simply more actionable and more valuable than that provided by the government. While the federal government will always, and should always, have important visibility of the threat, the evolution of technology is giving the private sector the means to develop sophisticated, high quality information that rivals the government.

DEFCON 17: Advancing Video Application Attacks with Video Interception, Recording, and Replay
Speakers: Jason Ostrom Director, VIPER Lab Sipera Systems, Inc. Arjun Sambamoorthy Research Engineer, Sipera Systems, Inc. New video applications promise many exciting cost-saving benefits, but they also bring with them a host of security challenges and vulnerabilities. This session applies existing techniques for VoIP eavesdropping towards next generation attacks against Unified Communication technologies, such as intercepting and recording private video conferences, IP video surveillance systems, and other video collaboration technology. This presentation will focus primarily on informative and insightful live demos that show targeted video attacks and issues that put video application traffic at risk. We will focus on the following: •First public demonstration of a new version of UCSniff - 3.0, a Windows port of the code, with enhanced video eavesdropping features. UCSniff 3.0 will be publicly released as a free assessment tool that will enable security professionals to more rapidly remediate video based vulnerabilities. •A new version of a second free assessment too, "VideoJak," with two new video exploits. We will demonstrate the ability to target a video session display with a user-selected video clip that is played against a targeted video phone. Next, a previously captured, "safe" video stream will be played against a targeted phone in a loop. This has exciting ramifications for IP video surveillance and security systems that monitor a room for activity and display to the user as a video application. •A new free assessment tool, videosnarf, which takes an offline pcap as input, and outputs any detected video streams into separate avi video files. This is useful for capturing video sessions with other tools (ettercap, wireshark) and being able to play them at an attacker's leisure. •A surprise tip that we have learned through VoIP pentesting of production enterprise networks. This trick enhances one's ability to target specific VoIP users clandestinely. Other VoIP goodness may follow this. Note that all the tools to be demonstrated are open source, available to the security community at large and that we do not distribute them in any commercial way. May 3, 2013 - Temperature Sensor Experimentation, Installation, & Testing
Ever since smoke came out of my EVTV Green NetGain WarP 9 motor last October when I overheated it during a prolonged highway drive and caused some of the commutator bars to lift, I have been searching for a way to monitor (and hopefully record) the motor temperature. The goal being to drive some sort of real-time display that the driver can use to keep an eye on if the motor is getting dangerously close to overheating, and thus be able to pull over and give it time to cool off before damaging it. During my research, I noted that the EVNetics Soliton1 Controller has three analog voltage inputs which are then made available within it's data stream and can therefore be extracted & stored via the EVNetics Data Logger program (or a custom-written one). In order to make use of these inputs, I have been looking for some sort of temperature sensor that would produce a voltage reading in the 0 to 12 volt range. Since I am not an electrical engineer by any stretch of the imagination, this seemingly simple objective has baffled me for months. I simply didn't know the right questions to ask of anyone who might already know how to accomplish this feat, nor was I able to stumble upon the correct phrasing so that internet search engines could point me in the correct direction either. They literally came back with thousands of different products, ranging from a few dollars to thousands, all of which "might" have been what could be a practical method for us in an EV. After much piteous flailing about, I ended up deciding to look into how the original internal combustion powered vehicle tackled the whole temperature monitoring issue. My theory was that the automotive engineers would have had to design something that was reasonably simple, worked at 12 volt DC, had a low component cost, and was designed to survive daily on-the-road use in a variety of harsh environments. As it turned out, the original 1987 Dodge Daytona 2.2L Turbo Engine used two separate temperature sensors. One sensor monitored the Oil Temperature, with it's apparent sole purpose being to provide a reading in order to move a engine temp needle on the Dashboard from "Cold" to "Hot". The other sensor monitored the coolant (Anti-Freeze) temperature, and was wired into the original ECU (Engine Control Unit), which then affected the timing of the fuel being injected into the engine, spark plugs firing, and other such things, but had nothing what-so-ever to do with driving the gauge in the dashboard. The Oil Temp Sender unit was connected with only a single wire (the positive voltage being both supplied and read from the dash itself), with the implication being that it's negative side would be grounded to the engine block. The Coolant Temp Sensor had two wires coming out of it, one of which was connected to a common ground shared by several other sensors, and the other was connected to the ECU. With my EV configuration, the electric motor is somewhat isolated from the vehicle chassis as it and the transmission it's attached to are both hanging on the rubber motor mounts. That, coupled with the sheer size of the Oil Temperature Sender unit (it is a long like a meat-thermometer looking deal) made using that type of sensor somewhat unappealing. The Engine Coolant Sensor, on the other hand, is a relatively small cylinder that happens to have threaded sides (for screwing it directly into the ICE engine block) and is equipped with a weather-proof two-wire connector making it an easier fit for the application I had in mind. After much experimentation, and the very generous assistance of the guy at the Cortland Electronics store, we were able to figure out that by rigging up a 1000K ohm resistor, it would divide down the voltage enough that very small changes in resistance of the thermistor within the temperature sensor would now show a measurable voltage difference on a multimeter. So for a total of about $13 to cover the cost of a single 1000K resistor (which I incorrectly referred to as a "100K" in the video) including the cost of a brand new Engine Coolant Sensor for an 1987 Dodge Daytona, I now have a sensor capable of providing a roughly 0 to 12 volt output signal that varies measurably according to temperature. After tidying up the wiring and fashioning a piece of angle aluminum to serve as a mounting bracket, I got the sensor installed in the car and hooked up to the Soliton1. I then went for a short, but high speed, test drive up on the highway (logging the Soltion1 data the whole time) and measured the temperature when I arrived back at the house. Starting Temp: 70° F Starting Voltage: 1.22v Ending Temp: 96° F Ending Voltage: 1.97v I haven't had time to analyze the Soliton1 Data logs yet, but it should be interesting to see how high the voltage peaked during that run.

Enjoyed the video or found it helpful? feel generous? you can donate on the main channel page. Thanks for watching! this video will show you how to replace the transmission solenoid pack. this can fix issues such as your car being stuck in 2nd gear "limp in mode" I was getting a P0700 code when I read it with a code reader I got.. P0770 P0760 P0750 which are all transmission solenoid error codes so I thought for sure this pack needed to be replaced.. unfortunately thid didn't work for me bu it might work for you . make sure you do your research before performing this costly repair BEFORE REPLACE SOLENOID PACK TRY REPLACING THESE (buy 2) Transmission speed sensor: http://goo.gl/eQ4fXw ISSUE WAS RESOLVED!! I later gave up on trying to fix this dreaded P0700 error code and took it into the shop. they said the transmission was fine, but it was low on ATF+4 so we filled it up, cleared the codes and drove halfway around the block for the code to come back.. they later read all the codes and the one that stood out the most was P1758: Transmission Relay output ALWAYS OFF other transmission codes were P0750: low rev solenoid Circuit P1734: 2C pressure switch P1781: Overdrive Pressure Switch P1733: 4C pressure Switch P1732: Underdrive Pressure switch the relay problem signified an electrical issue, so they charged me $90 to check all the cables and make sure power was getting down to the tramsmission. Power was NOT gettting to the transmission so they checked the Relay, The Relay was ok, but the TCM (Transmission Control Module - computer) was not providing power to the Relay. so they instructed me to just buy a new TCM I went to this site: http://store.allcomputerresources.com/20jegrchtcmt1.html and purchased a new TCM. got it in the mail today 11/11/2013 and BAM! "Common CORE (from INDIA) "Education" Enslaving Your Child"
Mirrored from Gnostic Media https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nAJ0AE01Nqw Gnostic Media Website http://www.gnosticmedia.com/clint-richardson-interview-pt-8-common-core-education-brave-new-world-173/ This episode is an interview with Clint Richardson, pt. 8 titled "Common CORE "Education" -- Enslaving your Child" and is being released on Friday, September 05, 2013. This interview with Clint was recorded Tuesday, Sept. 03rd, 2013. Clint Richardson is back for his 8th time. A protégé of Walter Burian, Clint Richardson is back for his eighth installment on the CAFR, or Comprehensive Annual Financial Report -- and this time we're going to focus on COMMON CORE. Clint has been on previously to discuss his videos The Corporation Nation, Lethal Injection, and his investigation of my own local School District, CAFR SCHOOL: RIM of the World Unified School District Expose. As always, Clint's digging through the primary documentation brings a very important vantage point. A former Hollywood sound designer and musician, a crisis of conscious led him to begin researching, writing, and eventually producing primary research documentaries exposing the very research that Hollywood is designed to hide from the masses. Now unable to work in his industry of study (for this Hollywood betrayal), Clint applies his professional sound talent and newly learned video skills, as well as a devotion to first-hand, primary research and writing, to contribute to the "Waking Up" of the population at large. His credo... expose "them" until they dispose of him.

Making of the Green Machine by Doepel Strijkers | WIJkonomie Tarwewijk
Green Machine by Doepel Strijkers (Eline Strijkers, Duzan Doepel, Chantal Vos) Developed with Cultureel Denkwerk In collaboration with Wijk- en Speeltuinverening Tarwewijk Green Machine is a production unit for compost that connects children to urban agriculture. All ingredients needed for urban agriculture are facilitated, including rainwater collection, rainwater storage, watering, year-round composting, as well as indoor and ground based cultivation. Worm compost bins are placed in an insulated area, enabling year-round compost production, generating fertile soil for cultivation in the warmer months. At full capacity, Green Machine achieves an output of compost on a yearly basis that is sufficient for approximately 200 square meters of gardening. Surplus compost and food will be sold or exchanged by children. Green Machine is installed in a centrally-located playground (located at Wijk- en Speeltuinverening Tarwewijk, Mijnkintstraat 5) and is connected to an existing family network, including existing owners of allotment gardens. Its compost will serve several other surrounding playgrounds.

Talents, Incorporated by Murray Leinster, read by Phil Chenevert, complete unabridged audiobook00
Unabridged audio book - Genre(s): Science Fiction Talents, Incorporated by Murray Leinster (1896 - 1975) Bors felt as if he'd been hit over the head. This was ridiculous! He'd planned and carried out the destruction of that warship because the information of its existence and location was verified by a magnetometer. But, if he'd known how the information had been obtained--if he'd known it had been guessed at by a discharged spaceport employee, and a paranoid personality, and a man who used a hazel twig or something similar--if he'd known that, he'd never have dreamed of accepting it. He'd have dismissed it flatly! [DEFCON 21] The Dark Arts of OSINT
The Dark Arts of OSINT Speakers: Noah Schiffman SkyDog The proliferation and availability of public information has increased with the evolution of its dissemination. With the constant creation of digital document archives and the migration towards a paperless society, vast databases of information are continuously being generated. Collectively, these publicly available databases contain enough specific information to pose certain vulnerabilities. The actionable intelligence ascertained from these data sources is known as Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). Numerous search techniques and applications exist to harvest data for OSINT purposes. Advanced operator use, social network searches, geospatial data aggregation, network traffic graphs, image specific searches, metadata extractors, and government databases, provide a wealth of useful data. Furthermore, applications such as FOCA, Maltego, and SearchDiggity, in addition to custom site API integration, yield powerful search queries with organized results. Fluency in OSINT methodologies is essential for effective online reconnaissance, although a true mastery requires further mathematical investigation. The use of statistical correlation can often reveal hidden data relationships. Linkage attacks, inferential analysis, and deductive disclosure can exploit improperly sanitized data sets. These techniques can ultimately lead to data re-identification and de-anonymization, thus exposing personal information for exploitation. We will demonstrate our mathematical algorithm for data identification by attacking publically available anonymized datasets and revealing hidden personal information.

HEALTHCARE -- Data Policy & Economics ( 8:45am May 14th)
Increasing costs and delivery expectations, rapidly emerging technologies and continuing questions about sustainability and the quality of healthcare continue to complicate the shaping of public policy. Privacy issues impede access to data and measures for exploring solutions. The key questions are: How can we make better use of data analytics and business intelligence tools to inform and guide health sector policies, help our clinician and care team providers improve services delivery, and help patients obtain positive health outcomes? And, is access to private/personalized data a threat or opportunity? MEMS Evolution3 - In Spanish
Michelin launched the MEMS (Michelin Earthmover Management System) Evolution3, an advanced tyre-related data sensing and transmission system. The MEMS Evolution3 not only gives tyres the ability to communicate their temperature and pressure conditions in real-time, in addition it innovates by sending alerts to operators via various communication channels. Its features make it stand out from the strict context of TPMS (Tyre Pressure Management Systems) to introduce it to the world of communicating tyres. This is a major innovation in the world of mining tyres. The connectivity and integrated design of MEMS Evolution3 enable it to send alerts and real-time analysis reports to all mining actors through various means of communication: Internet, email, or SMS. Michelin is increasing the operational efficiency of dumper trucks used in surface mines with this new generation MEMS. This is part of the Group’s approach to offering, beyond a tyre, increasing services that create added value for users.

David Wilcock | Corey Goode: The Antarctic Atlantis [MUST SEE LIVE DISCLOSURE!]
Are we about to hear that ancient ruins have been found in Antarctica? Is there an Alliance working to defeat the greatest threat humanity has ever faced on earth? Could the Antarctic Atlantis be part of a full or partial disclosure? Join David Wilcock on a thrill ride of discovery, beginning with Part One where he presents data on the Secret Space Program and shares the stage with legendary insider Corey Goode. This is the best public summary David and Corey have done of this amazing story that has captivated the UFO community. Part Two begins at the 53-minute mark, with David connecting the dots between intel from multiple insiders to arrive at a stunning conclusion -- that we are on the verge of major new releases of information that will transform everything we thought we knew about life on earth. A civilization of "Pre-Adamite" giants with elongated skulls appears to have crash-landed on a continent we now call Antarctica some 55,000 years ago. Various groups we collectively call the Alliance are working to defeat the Cabal / Illuminati / New World Order, thus making the headlines crazier by the day. If the Alliance succeeds, their plan is now to begin the disclosure process by telling us there was a civilization in Antarctica. We are already seeing multiple, compelling hints of this in corporate media. Find out what the insiders are telling us and help spread the word! This is a two-and-a-half-hour excerpt from David's Friday and Saturday presentations at the Conscious Life Expo 2017. In their original form they run six hours. David also spoke for three hours on Monday, presenting an incredible new model of the Cosmos based on sacred geometry -- and proving that the Sun is going to release a DNA-transforming burst of energy in our near future.
