03:55
Let’s look at what these moles present in different parts of our body signify: We all have moles in our body, but have you ever wondered if these moles exist for a reason? Do they have any meaning in our life, character and destiny. We are all familiar with the folklore associated with moles. In fact, several ancient inscriptions attribute a deeper meaning to the moles present on different parts of our body. This Surprising Test Reveals Your True Body Type

07:24
Take this body type and shape quiz to find out a surprising result. Finally learn exactly what your body type is. Have you heard of the word somatotype, ectomoprh, endomoprh, or mesomorph? Well today I will go over this in depth. 🔥 FREE 6 Week Challenge: https://gravitychallenges.com/home65d4f?utm_source=ytube&utm_term=type Timestamps: The Test: 1:11 Mesomorph: 3:37 Ectomorph: 3:45 Endomorph: 3:51 You’re not Stuck: 3:58 High Protein & Carb Diet: 4:28 Lift Heavy Weights: 5:05 Limit Rest Days: 5:57 By the end of today's video you're going to know exactly what to do to get the best results for your particular body. Whether your goal is to lose weight tone up or build muscle this simple task will really help you get a better understanding of where your body is at right now and how to move towards your desired body type. There are those that claim that there are no body types and that everything is measured by hard work at the gym and in the kitchen and having been a trainer for over 10 years I can tell you and that's complete nonsense. And this is proven by science it is true that nobody should be obese however everybody does have their own weight set point people store fat in different places some people store more fat in their stomach area, other people store it more in their thighs, in the chest, and we also have different shapes to our muscle bellies, different lengths different thicknesses, different lagging muscle groups. The point is people really do come in all different shapes and sizes again this doesn't mean that you should be obese but it does mean that we can identify the shape or size that you're at by certain characteristics & apply certain training principles that have proven over time to work to move you towards your desired body shape. Okay so let's start with the test the way that this test works is I'm going to ask you a series of questions & your going to answer a b or c & either write down your answer or remember it because the letter that you answer with most often will help you identify what your body type is by the end of this test. Its a simple test & I'm sure you'll be surprised with the results. First question, do fitted jeans generally feel a. snug, but not too tight around your butt b. loose around your butt or c. tight around your butt. Pick the description that best fits your body Second question, if you wrap your hand around your wrist does your middle finger & your thumb a. just barely touch b. overlap or c. they don't touch. Next question would you characterize yourself as having a. a natural v shaped body b. a naturally very lean skinny long frame, or c. a naturally wide heavy frame. The fourth question requires a measuring tape so if you want to come back to it & leave it blank you can, but I highly recommend you do this one because it's very accurate. Is your chest measurement a. between 37 & 44 inches b. under 37 inches or c. greater than 44 inches? When you get to a measuring tape seriously do this one. The fifth question is how would you rate your metabolism a. fast, but you don't have a problem building muscle, b. so fast that it makes it difficult to put on muscle, or c. slow. Next question In relation to gaining weight its a. easy to gain muscle, but you don't typically gain too much fat. You may even see some ab definition while bukling b. you have trouble gaining muscle & gaining fat, in fact if you finally do gain a couple pounds your body fights to return you to your normal weight or are you more of a c. where its easy for you to put on muscle, but its also very easy for you to store fat especially around your midsection & love handles. Question number seven does your upper body resemble an a. upside down triangle, b. a rectangle that's vertically long & horizontally narrow or c. a square or round shape.two more questions. do you have an a. narrow rib cage thinner than your wider collar bones b. a narrow rib cage as narrow as your narrow collar bones & your narrow hips or c. a thick blocky rib cage as thick as your collar bones & your thick hips. And last question which body type do you look like in the mirror. a.b.or cIf you've answered a. to the majority of the questions you are at the mesomorph stage right now meaning you have a v-taper appearance. If you answered b to the majority of the questions then you are an ectomorph with more of a narrow lanky body, & if you answered c then you are an endomorph with wider thicker body. Now before I go any further I want to say that you are not stuck in your body type. That kind of thinking leads to people giving up & not working as hard at making the necessary changes to change your body type. And then it becomes a self fufilling prophecy. I don't care if you're the hardest gainer in the world, you can eat enough & drink enough soda if that's what it takes to spike your insulin to have you gain some weight. You may always struggle with building more muscle mass

What the Fahrenheit?!

E. Knowles Middleton Absolute Zero and the Conquest of Cold by Tom Shachtman The Science of Measurement, A Historical Survey by Herbert Arthur Klein Lehrbuch der Chemie by Jöns Jakob Berzelius Script: As an Australian-Canadian the Fahrenheit temperature scale always seemsed a bit arbitrary. I mean why does water freeze at 32 degrees? And what exactly does zero represent? According to many sources the Fahrenheit scale was defined by setting zero degrees equal to the temperature of an ice, salt, and water mixture and 100 degrees being roughly equal to human body temperature. But that isn’t true. The real story is much more interesting, and scientific... August 14th 1701 was almost certainly the worst day in the life of fifteen year-old Daniel Gabriel Fahrenheit. On that day both of his parents died suddenly from mushroom poisoning. He was sent from Poland, where he lived, to Amsterdam to become an apprentice bookkeeper. But Fahrenheit couldn’t stand his apprenticeship and ran away so many times his employers put out a warrant for his arrest. Traveling from city to city around Europe, he became fascinated with scientific instruments and in particular thermometers. In 1708, possibly seeking help with the warrant, Fahrenheit met with the mayor of Copenhagen, who happened to be the famous astronomer Ole Romer. Romer is known for observing the eclipses of Jupiter’s moons and realizing that variations in the timing of those eclipses was caused by the time it took light to reach Earth. In other words, he found a way to accurately measure the finite speed of light. But more pertinent to this story, in 1702 Romer was housebound after breaking his leg. To pass the time he devised a new temperature scale with the freezing point of water at 7.5 degrees and body temperature at 22.5 degrees. This might seem odd until you consider that Romer wanted the boiling point of water to be 60 degrees (as an astronomer, he had experience dividing things by 60). If you take this scale, divide it in half, in half again, and in half once more, you find the freezing point of water 1/8th up the scale, and human body temperature 3/8th up the scale. So at their meeting in 1708, Fahrenheit learned of Romer’s temperature scale and adopted it as his own, adjusting it slightly because he found it “inconvenient and inelegant on account of the fractional numbers”. So he scaled them up to 8 and 24. That is the original Fahrenheit scale. He produced thermometers for some time using this scale. But then, at some later time Fahrenheit multiplied all numbers on his scale by four, setting freezing point to the now familiar 32 and body temperature to 96. It’s unclear exactly why he did this. He may just have wanted finer precision in his measurements but I think there was a better reason. You see, Fahrenheit was an excellent instrument maker. His thermometers agreed with each other precisely, at a time when that was unheard of. He pioneered the use of mercury as a measuring liquid, which has the benefit of a much higher boiling point than the alcohol used in most other thermometers at the time. For these accomplishments, he was inducted into the British Royal Society. And we know he read the works of Newton, Boyle, and Hooke, in which he would have come across the idea that a one degree increase in temperature should correspond to a specific fractional increase in the volume of the measuring liquid. And today a one degree Fahrenheit increase in temperature increases the volume of mercury by exactly one part in 10,000. Is this just a coincidence? We’ll probably never know for sure because as an instrument maker Fahrenheit was secretive about his methods. But I think the data strongly suggests this was the case. So what exactly did zero represent on the scales of Fahrenheit and Romer? By many accounts it’s the temperature of a salt, ice and water mixture. But there are different descriptions of these mixtures and none of them actually produces the temperature they’re supposed to. More likely I think they picked the coldest temperature in winter, set that as zero and later used ice and brine to calibrate new thermometers. Now his scale is only used regularly in the Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Belize, oh and the United States of America.

How To Read ANYONE

11:19
How To Read ANYONE https://goo.gl/Za6Y2J Today we are going to cover the skill of reading people. Which is an awesome skill - to be able to know what someone is thinking or feeling will save you a lot of grief. You won’t look silly talking to someone who is not interested, you’ll get a better of idea of who is interested and isn’t saying anything. But we won’t stop there Because one of the most amazing things that developing your ability to read an individual does is that it enables you to improve. And I saw in the comments, a lot of you were asking what I studied to be able to do the charisma breakdowns - truly there was no class - it was just a matter of doing these steps over and over. And there is a science to it. So let’s get into 1. Increase self-awareness 2. Find where their attention is (eye contact is huge) 3. Get good at identifying micro-expressions, potentially use this site: http://www.microexpressionstest.com/m... 4. Identify common patterns 5. Make predictions based on people's body language 6. The Most Radioactive Places on Earth

11:18
Who on Earth is exposed to the most ionizing radiation? Check out Audible: http://bit.ly/AudibleVe I'm filming a documentary for TV about how Uranium and radioactivity have shaped the modern world. It will be broadcast in mid-2015, details to come. The filming took me to the most radioactive places on Earth (and some places, which surprisingly aren't as radioactive as you'd think). Chernobyl and Fukushima were incredible to see as they present post-apocalyptic landscapes. I also visited nuclear power plants, research reactors, Marie Curie's institute, Einstein's apartment, nuclear medicine areas of hospitals, uranium mines, nuclear bomb sites, and interviewed numerous experts. Notes about measuring radiation: Sieverts are a measure of 'effective dose' - that means they measure the biological impact of the energy transferred to tissues from radiation. Obviously I owe a debt to the fantastic chart made by xkcd, which inspired my visual approach to this video. https://xkcd.com/radiation/ DOSES MAY VARY The level of radiation varies widely around the world depending mainly on altitude and geology (excluding nuclear accidents). Estimates of particular doses also vary. All numbers reported in this video should be taken as order of magnitude only. The most contentious claim may be that smokers receive the highest dose of ionizing radiation. This is not a whole body dose, but a dose to the lungs as specified in the video. There are more than 100 types of kisses out there, and each of them shows different feelings! How do you kiss your partner? Check out what your kisses say about your relationship! TIMESTAMPS French kiss 0:28 Quick kiss 1:16 Kiss on the cheek 1:50 Blown kiss 2:23 “Lock” kiss 2:56 “Angel's kiss” 3:25 Kiss on the nose 4:08 Kiss on the forehead 4:39 Kiss on the ear 5:05 Kiss on the lobe of the ear 5:40 Kissing hand 6:20 Neck kiss 7:01 Hickey 7:39 One-lip kiss 8:06 “The Eskimo” kiss 8:40 Lower lip biting 9:09 “Vacuum” kiss 9:37 Body contact 10:08 SUMMARY - Those couples, who prefer French kissing over anything else, are at the peak of their attraction to one another and just can't get enough. If you're together for a long time and still French kiss quite frequently, then you're one of those rare couples, who were able to carry this initial passion through all these years. - Quick kissing is typical for couples, who're together for a long period of time and who've already passed the peak of their passion. However, if you usually kiss like that, it doesn't necessarily mean that you two don't love each other anymore. You're just on another level of your relationship. - Who said that physical contact should be one of the main attributes of kissing? Blown kisses can be just as alluring as all the other ones! If you and your partner frequently blow small and cute kisses to each other, that means that you both are very flirtatious and love to live in the moment. The Anunnaki Creation Story: The Biggest Secret in Human History - Nibiru is Coming

16:44
445 000 years ago, “creator gods” – as they call it – came to Earth. They were called the Anunnaki, which means “Those Who from Heaven to Earth Came”. These beings inhabited a distant orbiting planet called Nibiru, which only entered our solar system every 3,600 years. They describe Nibiru as many times the diameter of Earth, and abundant with iron oxide, making its rivers and lakes appear red. A side note about Nibiru: according to the Sumerian tablets, Nibiru’s atmosphere began to deteriorate and became a hostile place for life, and in order to restore it, the Annunaki needed one important element for their atmosphere: gold. What is Panting/Heavy Breathing? Human Body Facts | Science for Kids | Educational Videos by Mocomi

01:59
Panting is our body's way of taking in more air to supply oxygen quicker to our muscles during fast activity. Watch this interesting video showing what is panting. Our lungs are responsible for providing the body with oxygen that is essential for our body to work. When you breathe in, your lungs fill with air and tiny structures inside called bronchioles absorb the oxygen from this air. Immediately, the oxygen is absorbed into the bloodstream and taken to the heart where it is pumped to the rest of the body. When we breathe normally, this process of breathing allows our body to absorb oxygen from the air we breathe and release the used up air. However when we run around or are very active, the muscles in our body require more sugar to produce the added energy. Our muscles need an extra amount of oxygen in order to use the sugar in the blood for energy. This is why we pant or breathe more heavily when we are running around or playing a game. We do not have to purposely breathe faster when we run. Our body will automatically adjust our breathing to make up for the energy we require. Since oxygen-rich blood is needed by the lungs and muscles to do exercise, it is advised that you do not eat before doing any heavy activity, since oxygen-rich blood is also needed by the stomach to digest food once you’ve eaten. The source of their fascination, and no little excitement, was light. Not the sunlight that made the snow glint on the mountains in the Aosta valley, but light inside the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) across the border near Geneva. The machine had detected more photons than expected as it smashed particles beneath the quiet Swiss countryside. The brief flashes of light might be the first glimpse of the next big discovery." ____________________ DNews is dedicated to satisfying your curiosity and to bringing you mind-bending stories & perspectives you won't find anywhere else! Body Transformation: Jeff Cavaliere (MY STORY)

01:19
Start your own athletic body transformation today http://athleanx.com/x/big-changes-start-here Body transformations can be sparked by a lot of things like embarrassment, frustration, or even the threat of medical conditions. That said, I believe they can only be sustained with one key ingredient and that is knowledge. In this video, I share the story of my frustration with being skinny and the need to build muscle in order to be a better athlete (that has now carried over into my adult life to feel fit, healthy and strong and be an inspiration to others). When I was young, I actually hated working out. My father bought me a weight set and a nautilus bench press / lat pulldown machine to try and give me everything I needed to start getting stronger for football. Sadly, he wasted his money. I wasn’t interested and I just let it sit unused. I hated the feeling of discomfort from training. Now, I find that admission sort of embarrassing since I now thrive on that same feeling, but I realize where it came from. It was a fear of change. Not making the change, but what it would take to make the change. But little by little I convinced myself that it was the only way to get to where I wanted to be…I had to start working out. Unfortunately, like pretty much every other person growing up in the 80’s and 90’s the only place I had to turn for information on how to workout and create a body transformation was the muscle magazines. Now nothing against Ironman, Muscle and Fitness, Muscular Development or Muscle Media 2000 magazines, they had some good writers and at least gave me an outlet to turn to for any information on how I was going to make that change. The problem was, the guys in those magazines weren’t playing with the same hand I was. Honestly never even knew as a teenager that every guy in those articles was juiced up. I thought it was perfectly normal and something I should be able to do, perform 30 to 40 plus sets per workout following a body part split. I did what I was told, and I got nowhere. I always put in good effort however. I’m not the type to go half assed if I put my mind to something. The problem wasn’t my effort but the information I was following while I was at the gym. It just didn’t work for me. Until I got inspired to try something different. They say, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting a different result. Well, I knew I wasn’t going insane so I decided it couldn’t hurt to mix things up. I began reading and studying the human body. It became an obsession of mine. I wanted to know how muscles grew, how the body transforms, how each muscle functions, etc. The more I read the more I understood just how wrong I really was about my training all along and the gains started coming. By putting science behind my training, I was able to put strength and size into my physique for the first time ever. The passion grew and turned into more than just a hobby, it turned into a career. I became a physical therapist and received my masters degree in PT as well as an undergrad degree in physioneurobiology and pre-med at University of Connecticut at Storrs. I loved sports and followed my passion to the professional level, working as the head physical therapist and assistant strength coach for the New York Mets in Major League Baseball. Rather than be pigeon holed in one sport however, since I loved training the nuances of all sports, I left to open up a private practice working with athletes from all major sports including the NFL, NBA, UFC, WWE, NHL and more. I found my path and haven’t diverted from it since. Taking all the information I’ve learned over the years as well as the training methods I not only know work the best but have seen it work first hand with some of the most elite and talented athletes in the world…I started uploading videos for everyone to benefit here on youtube. This channel was born and now, as we approach 2 million subscribers I feel confident that I am helping many others not only find their passion but start putting it to work for them to make their own transformation. How to Read Leg Movements | Body Language

02:04
Watch more How to Read Body Language videos: http://www.howcast.com/videos/501694-How-to-Read-Leg-Movements-Body-Language One of the most common things that you'll see in people when they're anxious is they bounce their legs up and down, right? So some people are just habitual bouncer. It's something that they commonly do. But as people tend to get more comfortable with each other, they'll slowly stop. So one of the things that you'll see in an interaction is that for the first ten or 15 minutes, he might bounce his legs up and down. But as he becomes less anxious and as he becomes more comfortable with her, he's going to slow down. So what you're looking for is a deviation or a change in that behavior. It's the same thing as in a presentation. Let's say that I was giving a presentation to these two. And all of a sudden one of them was bouncing their leg for the first 15 minutes. A goal of mine would be to get that bouncy leg behavior to stop. Because I know that once they're more engage or interested in what I have to say, it's less likely for them to commit those kind of behaviors. So as we talk, you're talking back and forth. And then slowly, you'll see you're naturally a good communicator so you naturally orientating towards me. But you don't want it to be natural. If you we're disinterested in me you'd be pointing that way. Alright? You'll be faced that way. But as you get more and more interesting no matter what you do, no matter how hard your body just squares up with the person. So it's like "Oh really? du dud dud". So the example will be like you're talking and your here and it's like, "Oh, no. I kind of did the same. Yeah" And then slowly and slowly and slowly we're squared up. And that's the orientation we're looking for. So if you walk up to a girl and the all of a sudden you're like "Hi". And she looks over at you and like " Hi, du du dud," you want to see a gradual change in orientation. You don't want it to be. It's not going to be sudden unless you say something surprising. So if all of sudden if, "So where you from?" "Texas." "Oh my god we just," then you see that kind of thing. But usually you don't see that. You see slight deviation. It's the best when you get a sharp one then it's easy. And it goes both way. So if all of a sudden she's deviating this way and things are going good, when she starts to deviate back, things are going bad. A method for successfully guiding a conversation is to watch whether the person is oriented or disoriented. And what topics they orient and which topics the disorient towards.

Gerald Schroeder is a scientist with over thirty years of experience in research and teaching. He earned his Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate degrees all at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with his doctorate thesis being under the supervision of physics professor Robley D. Evans. This was followed by five years on the staff of the MIT physics department prior to moving to Israel, where he joined the Weizmann Institute of Science and then the Volcani Research Institute, while also having a laboratory at The Hebrew University. His Doctorate is in two fields: Earth sciences and physics. Schroeder's formal theological training in biblical, talmudic and kabalistic interpretation includes fifteen years of study under the late Rabbi Herman Pollack, Rabbi Chaim Brovender and Rabbi Noah Weinberg, of blessed memory. The scientific career that Schroeder chose has given him varied and often unusual experiences. In his work with nuclear disarmament, he has been present at the detonation of six atomic bombs. Work in control of radioactivity has put him hundreds of meters below ground in U.S. and foreign uranium mines. Within this research, he invented and had patented the first real time monitor for airborne alpha beta gamma emitters. The government of the People's Republic of China, during the decade before it established direct contacts with Israel, was willing to overlook his Jerusalem address and had him as a frequent advisor. He also has consulted for agencies of the governments of Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Canada, USA. Invitations for him to lecture have come from around the world. He has over 60 publications in the world's leading scientific journals on topics ranging from the radon atmosphere of the moon (in Science) to the metabolism of mother's milk (in Nutrition Reports International). The results of Schroeder's work have been reported in Time, Newsweek, Scientific American and in newspapers as far apart as Boston and Adelaide. His formal training in chemistry, physics and the Earth and planetary sciences provides the basis for the broad scientific perspective he brings to his books and lectures. For the past twenty-five years, Dr. Schroeder has also pursued a study of ancient biblical interpretation. An ability to handle the biblical material in the original languages allows him to tap the subtle depths contained in the original texts. These nuances are often missed when working with translations. The uniqueness and success of Schroeder's approach integrating biblical and scientific knowledge is demonstrated by the success of his first book, Genesis and the Big Bang (published by Bantam Doubleday), and the wide acclaim for his second book The Science of God (published by The Free Press of Simon & Schuster and Broadway Books of Bantam Doubleday) which was on the Barnes & Noble list of non-fiction best sellers and was Amazon.com's best selling book in the field of physics/cosmology for all of 1998. This was followed by The Hidden Face of God, discovering the unity that binds all existence (published by The Free Press of Simon & Schuster). His book, God According to God, A scientist proves we've been wrong about God all along, was published in May 2009 with HarperOne and has enthusiastic endorsements by leading theologians, both Jewish and Christian, and a Noble Laureate scientist.

How language shapes the way we think | Lera Boroditsky

14:13
There are about 7,000 languages spoken around the world -- and they all have different sounds, vocabularies and structures. But do they shape the way we think? Cognitive scientist Lera Boroditsky shares examples of language -- from an Aboriginal community in Australia that uses cardinal directions instead of left and right to the multiple words for blue in Russian -- that suggest the answer is a resounding yes. "The beauty of linguistic diversity is that it reveals to us just how ingenious and how flexible the human mind is," Boroditsky says. "Human minds have invented not one cognitive universe, but 7,000."
